Frequently asked
How do I say where something is?
One sentence is enough: “The skis are under the bed”, “Screws and dowels in the yellow box” or “Drill lent to Tom”. Fundibus separates item, place and borrower by itself. You can type the sentence as well.
Boxes and drawers: how do I find things inside?
Save the box as an item of its own: “Yellow box in the basement”. Everything you remember “in the yellow box” then also shows where the box stands: “In the yellow box · In the basement”.
Siri doesn’t understand me (iPhone).
End the sentence with the app name, for example “Hey Siri, where is laptop in Fundibus”. Siri has to speak your iPhone’s language.
I want to share the list with my family (iPhone).
Menu with the three dots → “Share list…”. The other person needs Fundibus on their iPhone and an iCloud account.
What does the Apple Watch do?
Look up, search and dictate new things, just like on the iPhone. The watch gets your things through iCloud; open Fundibus once on the iPhone and they arrive.
When does the Android version arrive?
It is finished and in Google’s testing phase. If you’d like to test, drop me a line and I’ll send the link. Testing helps the app reach everyone on Google Play sooner.
Where is my data?
On your device. On iPhone also in your own iCloud, if you use it. I have no access to it. Details in the privacy policy.
